Head Coach Jim Foster
Thoughts on the game:
"
We knew this three-game stretch would be tough and we would have to toughen up to get something out of it.  We had a week and we tweaked some things with our offensive sets.  Defensively, we pressed them and then went zone.  That kept them off-balance all night."

On the play of the bench:
"Sydney probably would have played more minutes, but as luck would have it, with about five minutes left in practice yesterday, she got injured.  She had to go get an x-ray on her fingers.  I am saying to myself, 'There is no justice in this world if this kid has anything broken.' She didn't.  She toughed it out and did some good things.

"Sydney is starting to learn how to let other people make plays.  She doesn't have to make plays every time the pass comes to her.  She made a great pass from up top to the wing.  Jas was open, but the angle was better from the wing than it was from Sydney.  Sydney's pass was difficult, but the wing's pass was not.  So she made the pass to the wing and Jas made the basket and got fouled.

"Molly was able to give us some minutes. She just got cleared right before the game.  Which was good because Red looked like she was struggling, because we were picking up full court.

"I thought Moses played really well and Nakeia came in and did some good things."

On the press:
"They have the quickest guard combination in the league.  It slowed them down a little bit and they had to play at a different tempo. "

Senior Jasmine Joyner
Thoughts on the game today:
"I am proud of the way our team played today.  The two losses, I can say we turned them into lessons and practiced hard this weekend.  We definitely deserved it today."

On hitting a late three:
"
I was just happy I could finally hit a three for my team.  I think before that I shot an air ball.  I told myself, no matter what, I am going to have the confidence to shoot it more this game."

On the increased talking and communication throughout the game:
"We added some new things.  With that you have to have communication.  I feel like that was one of our weaknesses.  Ones that normally don't talk had to talk today in order to help the team out."
