Jim Foster
On improvements needed for his team
"I find it interesting that in a game where there was a ton of screens that facilitates communication if you're going to be successful defending it that we can defend it in the second and third quarters to a high level and give them one 3-pointer. But in the first and fourth we don't have that sense of urgency."
Â
"The hard part, the competitive part, we're not playing teams that you cannot work for 40 minutes against. The objective is to get good enough and in my opinion we haven't been that in my time here. We are getting our butts kicked on occasion. Hopefully starting to learn the lesson of what it means to play for 40 minutes. That team [Green Bay] has a pretty good idea and has an edge to them, which I like."

On Lakelyn Bouldin
"I find it interesting that a player that played the most composed it the freshman and I would say what I've been saying all year. We lack a leader. We have a bunch of people that may think they are but my experience here is Taylor Hall led us, then Ka'Vonne Towns led us then Red Payne led us. Maybe the freshman has to start to lead. Maybe the freshman who led her high school team has to take a step in the direction of that and become more vocal. She's the player who appeared not to be fragile today."
Â
On identifying the leader each year
"It took longer last year. Red's personality is not one to jump out there but then she, at a point, realized it had to be her and took on the responsibility. Ka'Vonne, once she got the ball in her hands and was the point guard, it was natural. She had never played that position here. Once she got it in her hands, she just assumed the mantle of leadership. I think that's who Taylor was.

Sydney Vanlandingham
On the strength of Green Bay
"Those girls had talents and gifts and they could shoot the ball very well. But as far as athletic-wise, they weren't nothing compared to Louisville, Florida or Indiana."
Â
On needing to start strong
"It comes from a heart and a head change. We talk about it all the time but I think we've done enough talking. Take it more personally. I don't know what to say about it. We've been talking about it for the last two-three weeks now. It just comes with coming out and taking things personally and taking pride in going out there and doing it for the girl next to us. Not worrying about the stat sheet. It comes from a different mentality."

Lakelyn Bouldin
On the first quarter
"Obviously we've got to come out better and stronger. They came out ready and we didn't."
Â
Response to call for leadership
"I'll take the challenge on. I come in and try to challenge my teammates every day. If it takes me stepping up to get us back on track where we need to be, I'll do it."
