Tom Arth, Head Coach
On season-ending Senior Day win over ETSU.
"I'm really proud of our team and our seniors. Not just today, but all season long. How they responded to difficult situations and challenges. Not just one or two challenges, it's a list that goes on and on. In this game, it's never about the talent. It's about the character. This group has incredible character. These seniors I'll never forget. What they have given to me, to each other, to the school and this program, I'll never forget. I know the players coming back next year won't ever forget them and the legacy they have left behind. I'm so proud to coach a group like this."
On home crowd today at Finley Stadium.
"I think our crowd was fantastic today. There were some times, even offensively, we couldn't get a play call in because it was so loud. They were so into the game the entire time. It means a lot to our team, our players and the coaches. It was great. It was loud. They were into it and were fantastic. We appreciate all the support we have in this city. Our recruits, every time they show up for the 'Moc Walk', they can see how much this football team means to people in this city. We want to thank the fans for the support all year."
On importance of ending season with win.
"This win was for all of us. It was very important to end the season with a win at home. We've been playing better but it hasn't necessarily translated to wins. You have to give our team a lot of credit - offense, defense and special teams. It was special teams that really came through for us tonight. That's what we talked about this summer during camp. The time we devoted to special teams, we kept saying how it will win us a football game and tonight proved that."
On winning two out of the final three games and the growth from team throughout the season.
"I think more so than that, it's the growth we have made. The way we practice, that's what is going to continue and give us momentum moving forward. We've gotten a lot better. We certainly aren't perfect and we make mistakes. But we've improved so much. Our offensive line and defensive lines are the heart soul of the program. We've played at a high level on the defensive line and our offensive line has really improved over the last couple weeks. I'm so proud of the hard work these guys put in to get where we are right now."
Darrell Bridges, Sr.-RB
On ending collegiate playing career.
"I'm thankful for all the opportunities. I have great family support that have kept helping me out through the years. I had a great career at Presbyterian and tried to leave my legacy here at Chattanooga. It's tough to go out this way, but it's a great way to go out. I'm just so thankful for all the opportunities from Coach Arth, the coaching staff and definitely my teammates. I haven't come this close to anybody in such a short amount of time. They're my brothers."

Tae Davis, Sr.-LB
On proving the defense is still premier.
"We wanted to close the season out by showing that we're still one of the top defensive teams in the country. We certainly did that today. We killed the run and the passing game by getting pressure on the quarterback. We really executed tonight."
On playing final game with fellow senior class.
"They're my brothers. They mean the world to me. I'd do anything for these guys. I just hate to see it finally end."
Cole Copeland, Fr.-QB
On defensive effort in 10-3 win over ETSU.
"The defense was awesome. ETSU's quarterback (Austin Herink) is tough to contain and they made it look easy. The defensive line played amazing. This is definitely a momentum builder heading into next season and I'm looking forward to it."
On individual improvement and growth of offense this season.
"There's a lot of things to build on and get better with. Taking sacks and becoming wiser, there's areas to improve. As an offense, we grew an unbelievable amount all season long. I'm proud of these guys. The seniors you can't describe what they mean to this program."
Â
Joseph Parker, Jr.-WR
On 3rd quarter eight-yard TD catch.
"The guy took a bigger angle on me and Cole [Copeland] just gave me a chance, that's all you can ask for as a receiver. The ball just kind of stuck to my hand and after that I got into the end zone and was lucky to have a chance."
On the departure of senior class.
"It's going to be weird looking around and not seeing these guys in practice or in the weight room. We have a lot of experience with some new faces for next season so we have to keep working hard and believing in playing the right way to get the ball rolling."
