- 95-58 win over Alabama State in opening game of Emerald Coast Classic…4-1, the Hornets are 1-3.
- 37-point win is largest margin of victory against a DI opponent since a 37-point dismantling of Wofford (83-46) on Jan. 6, 1997.
- 5-1 in six meetings with ASU…2-0 on a neutral floor…9-5 all-time against SWAC membership.
- 101-50 in in-season tournament play…35 titles in such events during DI era…Mocs have won five straight in-season tourneys and seven of the last eight…play for sixth straight tomorrow against winner of Chicago State and Jacksonville State.
- Received a vote in this week's AP Top 25…No. 8 in CollegeInsider.com's Mid-Major Top 25 with one first-place vote.
- Led 38-22 at halftime...4-0 when leading at the break.
- Season-best 67.9 percent shooting making 36-53…made shots at a 74.2 percent clip (23-31) in the second half.
- Out-rebounded 39-31...1-0 when out-rebounded…Mocs entered +6.0 in rebound margin, Hornets were -14.7.
- 28 assists…most since 32 vs. Toccoa Falls on Nov. 20, 2004...ties school record at a neutral site vs Western Carolina on Mar. 2, 2000...tops average of 16.3 per contest.
- Forced 16 turnovers...ASU entered game averaging 9.3 per game...3-0 when forcing more turnovers than given up…eight for the Mocs is fewest total this season (14 at Iowa State Monday).
- Season-high nine blocks (8 vs. Hiwassee & Illinois)...SoCon leader in blocks entering at 5.3 per contest…average up to 6.0…3-0 when recording more blocks.
- Season-low eight steals…9 or more steals in each of the first four.
- Season-high 56.5 percent (13-23)…season-high for treys made…entered game shooting a SoCon-best 38.7 percent from long range.

Casey Jones, Sr.-F

- 1,017 career points is No. 20 in school history behind Casey Long (1,043).
- 524 career rebounds is tied for ninth with Alphonso Pugh…one out of eighth (Brandon Born-525) and four from seventh (Stanford Strickland-528).
- 95 career steals…broke a tie for 12th with Stanford Strickland…two behind Morris Lyons in 11th with 97.
 
Justin Tuoyo, Jr.-F
- 12 points…6-6 shooting.
- 4 blocks…3 or more blocks for fourth straight game.
- 119 for his career…moves into third-place all-time at Chattanooga passing Otis Donald (118).
- 33rd time in 37 contests he's recorded multiple blocks.
 
Greg Pryor, Jr.-G
