TEAM
- The Mocs scored a 62-53 win over Belmont to improve to 6-4 overall … the Bruins had their six-game winning streak snapped and fall to 8-2. 

- Over 500 local elementary school students attended today's game for the Education day promotion … total attendance was 1,788 … second highest this season.

- UTC won its 800th game as a program … Mocs are in their 42nd season of women's basketball with an 800-424 overall record. 

- UTC forced 10 turnovers and turned that into 16 points … Belmont only had three points on the Mocs' season-low four turnovers.

- Chattanooga took a season-high 62 shots today - 25-62 (40.3%).

- Mocs tied a season-low with seven fouls.

- Belmont won the battle on the glass, but UTC grabbed 10 offensive rebounds to their eight … Belmont still outscored UTC 12-5 in second-chance points … 10 of Belmont's second-chance points came in the first quarter.

- This is UTC's first win when not holding the advantage on the glass this season (1-4).

- The Bruins' Frankie Joubran hit a layup with 1:27 left in the third to cut UTC's lead to 45-44 … The Mocs went on a 13-4 run over the next nine minutes to take control of the game.

Queen Alford – Jr.-G
- Season-high seven boards.
- Added eight points, two assists and two steals in 22 minutes off the bench.

Keiana Gilbert – So.-G
- Tied for game-high with 15 points.
- Double-digit scoring for the first time in three games. 
- Added six boards and two blocks.
- Played all 40 minutes.

Moses Johnson – Jr.-G
- Career-high and tied for game-high with 15 points.
- Shot 6-15 from the field, 2-4 from 3-pt. range and 1-2 from the FT line.
- Career-high 12 boards.
- First career double-double.
- Second straight game with 10+ boards.
- Career-high three assists. 

Alicia Payne – Sr.-G
- Tied a season-high with nine points.
- Season-high five rebounds.
- Shot 3-14 from the field … 1-5 from 3-pt. range and 2-2 from the FT line.
- Tied for game-high with four assists.
