- Chattanooga opened with a 75-64 win in the mainland bracket of the Maui Jim Maui Invite…3-1 on the season…Central Arkansas dropped to 0-3.
- 103-50 all-time in in-season tournaments/classics…won last eight such games…last loss was Nov. 28, 2013 to Morehead State (75-88) in the Las Vegas Invitational.
- Face Arkansas State in the Championship game...won last three and four of last five.
- First meeting with UCA.
- 7-5 all-time against the Southland Conference…1-0 vs. UCA, 1-0 vs. Lamar, 1-1 vs. McNeese State, 2-3 vs. New Orleans, 1-0 vs. Nicholls State and 1-1 vs. Sam Houston State.
