- The 12^th-seeded Chattanooga Mocs dropped their first round game in the East Region of the NCAA Tournament to No. 5 seed Indiana 99-74.

- UTC ends its season with a 29-6 record ... Indiana, ranked No. 14 in the nation, improved to 26-7

- The Mocs 29 wins are a school record.

- UTC is 0-3 all-time against Indiana.

- 3-11 (.214) all-time in the NCAA Tournament. Last dance was 2009 in Philadelphia.

- No. 12 seed is best since 1993. UTC has been seeded 9-16 in its 11 NCAA appearances.

Dee Oldham – Sr.-G
- 10 points off the bench.
- Shot 3-9 from the field and 4-4 from the FT line.
- Team-high five boards ... eighth time this season leading the team in rebounds. 
- 11th game in double figures ... nine of last 11.  

Justin Tuoyo – Jr.-F
- 12 points on 5-10 shooting, 2-4 from the FT line.
- Added four points and two blocks.  
- Scored in double-figures for the first time in four games.
