Listed below are all of UTC's All-American honorees for each sport.  

Notes for football only - Prior to 1936, the Mocs earned All-American honors among all schools in Division I.  From 1936-76, the Mocs were grouped among schools awarded “Little All-Americans.” From 1977-81, UTC again earned All-American honors with other schools at the Division I-A level.  Since 1982, the Mocs All-American honors have come at the Division I-AA/Football Championship Subdivision level.
