Howard Langford was an All-American wrestler for the Mocs from 1988-92.  He finished eighth at 158 pounds at the 1992 NCAA Championships.  He also qualified for the NCAAs as a freshman in 1989.  He won the Southern Conference title at 158 pounds in both 1989 and 1992.  His 24-1 record in 1992 is the third highest single-season winning percentage (.960) in school history.
