- The Lady Mocs cruised to a 72-43 win over Appalachian State tonight...UTC improves to 13-6 on the year and a league-leading 9-1 in SoCon action. Samford defeated Davidson tonight to stay tied with the Mocs at 9-1.
- All nine eligible and healthy Lady Mocs played at least 14 minutes tonight.
- There were 12 jump-balls called in the game.
- The two teams combined to shoot a chilly 24-47 for 51.1%...ASU was 9-21 (42.8%) while the Mocs were 15-26 (57.7%)
- The Mocs held ASU to a frigid 29.6% (16-54) shooting from the field and 2-10 from 3-pt. range...the 10 3-pt. FG attempts were a season-low for App. State.
- It is the 22nd straight win over Appalachian State for UTC...their last loss to the Mountaineers was 78-65 on Dec. 29, 1998 at Appalachian State
- The win was the 20th consecutive home Southern Conference win. Last home SoCon loss was overtime to Western Carolina on 1/13/2007.

- Scored a career-high 13 points on 4-8 shooting and 5-6 from the FT line...made 4 of her first 5 shots from the field.
- Grabbed a career-high eight boards
- Five FTs was also a career-high
Junior Tagan Hatchett
- Tied a career-high with four assists
- Scored 14 points on 5-9 shooting and 4-6 from 3-pt. range
- Third time this season with four 3-pointers
Junior Shanara Holinquest
- Scored 11 points and grabbed eight boards, despite only playing 18 minutes
- 18 minutes was not a season-low...she only played 14 at Wofford
