- Top-seeded Chattanooga falls to 22-9 on the year with a 51-53 loss in the semifinals of the Southern Conference Tournament to the fourth seed College of Charleston. The Cougars improved to 23-7.
- The Lady Mocs will await the WNIT pairings due to the automatic bid they received as the Southern Conference regular season champions...UTC was 17-3 in conference play this season.
- Chattanooga trailed by 10 points 58-38 with 5:00 minutes left in the game...UTC went on an 11-1 run and tied the game with 17 seconds left on a 3-pt. FG by senior Erin Ogan...Charleston's Diedra Jones won the game on an inside basket with three seconds left.
- UTC was cold in the first half, hitting just 6-27 from the field for 22.2%...the Lady Mocs trailed 28-19 at the break...it was just the second time UTC failed to hit 20+ points in a half this season...the last time was a 19-point first half in a 64-46 loss to Richmond on Nov. 29.
- After trailing by nine at the break 28-19, UTC cut the lead to 31-30 behind an 11-3 run...Junior Jenaya Wade-Fray's layup with 16:37 left in the game capped the spurt.
- The Lady Mocs committed 15 turnovers in the game...just the second time in the last nine games UTC has had that many miscues...Chattanooga has 52 TOs in three games with the Cougars this season.
- The score was tied four times in the game, but Chattanooga never led.

Junior Tagan Hatchett
- Scored nine points on 3-11 shooting from 3-pt. range
- Tied a career-high with eight boards
Senior Erin Ogan
- Scored 14 points on 4-13 shooting and 4-9 from 3-pt. range...went 2-2 from the FT line
- Grabbed a team-high 11 boards
- Seventh double-double of the season
Junior Jenaya Wade-Fray
- Scored 15 points on 5-14 shooting, 2-8 from 2-pt. range and 3-6 from the FT line
- Capped the 900-point mark for her career...has 908 in 97 games...9.4 ppg.
Junior Shanara Hollinquest
- Scored seven points on 3-9 shooting, 0-1 fro 3-pt. range and 1-2 from the FT line
- Only the second time this season she has not hit double-figures in scoring...other time was six points in 14 minutes at Wofford on Dec. 13
