TEAM
- Lady Mocs fall 79-69 at No. 18 Georgia...UTC is 0-3 on the year, falling to a top-20 SEC team on the road for the second game in a row.
- UTC played well in the first half, using five straight 3-pointers to take a 20-17 lead at the 12:38 mark...it was Chattanooga's largest lead of the game.
- Lady Mocs' first seven field goals were from behind the arc...UTC was 7-10 from deep - 0-4 from inside the arc in first 10 minutes of the game...Chattanooga's first 2-pointer was a wide open layup by Capriee Tucker at the 9:37 mark that gave UTC a 25-23 lead.
- Junior Tenisha Townsend hit a 3 at 5:45 in the first half to give UTC a 32-30 lead...Lady Mocs were 8-12 from behind the arc at that point.
- UTC finished the first half 10-16 (62.5%) from 3-pt. range...most threes in a half since draining 11 vs. Davidson on Jan 8, 2007.
- Chattanooga finished the game 13-25 (52%) from deep...two shy of the school record 15 made 3-pointers set against Davidson on Jan. 8, 2007...13 three-pointers ties the most by a Georgia opponent in Lady Bulldog history.
- Lady Mocs were outrebounded 45-22, including 17-7 on the offensive end...that led to 21-3 advantage in second-chance points for Georgia...UTC was also outscored in the paint 44-16.
- Chattanooga forced Georgia into 18 turnovers while only committing 13.
- Lady Mocs had 17 assists on 25 field goals...huge improvement after having just seven assists at No. 4 Tennessee on Monday.
- Georgia Used a 13-2 spurt midway through the second half to push out to its largest lead at 71-53 with 8:29 left on the clock.

Sophomore Kayla Christopher
- 11 points on 4-10 shooting, 3-5 from 3-pt. range.
- Added three assists and no turnovers.
Freshman Meghan Downs
- Career-high nine points on 3-7 shooting, 3-5 from behind the arc.
- Also had three assists in 18 minutes.
Junior Whitney Hood
- Team-high 14 points on 6-11 shooting, 2-3 from the FT line.
Sophomore Kylie Lambert
- Team-high and career-high six rebounds.
Junior Tenisha Townsend
- Season-high 13 points on 5-9 shooting, 3-6 from 3-pt. range.
- Now shooting 42.9% from 3-pt. range on the season.
- Team-high 35 minutes played.
