- The Lady Mocs got back into the wins column with a 59-56 win over Appalachian State...UTC improves to 19-7 overall and 14-3 in the Southern Conference...Chattanooga holds onto first with a one-game lead over Samford...College of Charleston dropped back two games with a loss to Georgia Southern at home today...Appalachian State falls to 14-10 overall and 10-5 in league play and hold on to fourth place in the standings.
- Chattanooga snapped Appalachian State's seven-game win streak...Chattanooga has won 26 consecutive games against the Mountaineers, the most consecutive wins against any team UTC has played...the win was UTC's ninth consecutive home court win
- The Lady Mocs had three players in double figures - Kayla Christopher (12 pts), Kylie Lambert (12 pts) and Shanara Hollinquest (10 pts).
