First Round
- Chattanooga played with Virginia and Wake Forest today.
- Today's 307 is the Mocs second-best start behind a 305 to open the season at the Golfweek Conference Challenge...4th lowest round of 2011-12.
- Youngest team on the course since inaugural season (2007-08) today for the Mocs...it included three sophomores (one of which is in just her second semester) and two freshmen.
- Power-packed field at the Tar Heel Invitational with 14 top 50 programs including five in the top 10 along with four more in top 20.
- Front Nine (Counters by Round): +9 (+9/-/-)...Mette Kryger, Michaela Gasplmayr and Jordan Britt were all +2 at the turn...Britt had all three of her birdies on the front.
- Back Nine: +10 (+10/-/-)...Kryger birdied holes 12, 13 and 16 to shoot -1 on the back nine.
- Kryger's 73 (+1) is the low round of her fledgling collegiate career...season-best four birdies with three coming on back nine...73 is the third-best score by a UTC golfer this year.
