Thoughts on the game:
"I always find the half-empty glass, but we shot the ball really well, which helped. I felt like in the second half we gave up a few too many points. But, enjoy it. Rebounding, we just tied on the boards and they had more offensive rebounds than we did."
On winning both games of the road trip:
"It was a great road trip to win these two games. Furman was 8-1 at home coming into tonight. Great win and great road trip. The good thing is we are still going to have a lot of things to talk about on this film, so everybody is happy."
"I tell the team, if your goal is to win the conference tournament, you are going to have to win at least three games. You are going to have one of those games where you don't shoot well. Where it is a struggle and you have to grind it out."
On the play of junior Whitney Hood after a season-low seven points at Wofford:
"I thought she did a great job. She finished well. She was strong on the block. Great job by her."
