- Lady Mocs only team in the Southern Conference undefeated with 7-0 mark defeating Furman with a 71-53... the Lady Mocs improve to 12-4 overall while the Paladins drop to 9-8 overal and 5-3 in league action.
- Start the SoCon season 7-0 for the seventh time (all since 2000)
- Chattanooga has made at least one 3-pointer in 385 consecutive games dating back to December 1999
- Furman led SoCon in rebounding with 43.5 before the game and was allowed just 35 Sunday.
- 56 rebounds is a season-high for UTC. Third game this season with more than 50 rebounds
- After trailing by eight (17-9) with 9:28 to play in the first half, the Lady Mocs went on a 14-5 run to take the lead and outscored Furman 18-7 for its largest lead of the first half (27-24, 1:43)
- After giving up the first shot of the second half, the Lady Mocs scored six straight and never trailed again.
- Chattanooga is 3-0 when tied at the half
- The Lady Mocs have won 10 of their last 11 games. Only loss was 90-47 fall at Tennessee.
