TEAM
- The Chattanooga Mocs scored a 55-40 win over Morgan Stat to improve to 8-3 overall. The Bears drop to 2-9 with the loss.
- UTC led 34-30 after MSU's Simone Sampson hit a layup at the 14:40 mark. The Bears did not score again for the next 10 minutes as the Mocs built a 51-30 advantage. Chattanooga forced Morgan State to miss 15 straight shots and four turnovers in that stretch.
- The score was tied three times in the game, but the Mocs never trailed.
- UTC's 18 turnovers tied for the second-most this season.
- Chattanooga's 46 field goal attempts were second only to the 45 they took against Tennessee for its fewest this season.
- Chattanooga blocked a season-high 10 shots … tied a UTC arena record last set against Wofford on Jan. 8, 2014.
- Morgan State's 40 points are the fewest UTC has allowed this season.
- UTC has won 44 of its last 45 games at home … 5-1 at home this season.
- UTC has held three of its last four opponents to less than 50 points.
- The Mocs have held their last two opponents to less than 28% shooting from the field, including Morgan State's 25.0% (15-60) today.
- UTC lost the turnover margin 18-16, but had 16 points off of turnovers, compared to eight for the Bears.
- UTC has not allowed an individual to reach double-figure scoring in each of the last two games.

- Added eight boards, three assists and three steals.

- Seven blocked shots tonight would be a McKenzie Arena record … however N.C. A&T's Eboni Ross had eight in the first game of the Christmas Classic.
- Double-double with 14 points and a game-high 13 rebounds.
- Third double-double of the season and her career.
- 5-7 from the field, 1-1 from 3-pt. range and 3-6 from the FT line.
- First career 3-point FG ... 0-4 coming into the game.
- 101 blocks in her career passes Tina Chairs (1980-84) for second all-time at UTC.
- 24 rebounds in last two games.
- Added three steals tonight.

- Four assists and no turnovers in 33 minutes at the point.
- Eight assists, no turnovers and 75 minutes over last two games.
