- The Mocs advanced to the finals of the Southern Conference Tournament with a 68-55 win over Furman today. UTC improved to 28-3 overall while Furman dropped to 19-13.
- Chattanooga is in the finals for the 15th time in school history … third year in a row … Mocs are 15-0 all-time in SoCon finals action.
- UTC led 33-19 at the break … Chattanooga has held its opponent to 20 points or less in the first half in seven of the last eight games … 15 times total this season … Mocs are 22-0 when leading at the break.
- After tying a season-high with 20 turnovers against UNCG yesterday, the Mocs cut that down to a season-low with just five today … sixth time this season with less than 10 in a game.
- Chattanooga forced Furman into 15 miscues, turning that into a 20-3 advantage in points off of turnovers.
- UTC outrebounded Furman 39-33 … eight game in a row the Mocs have won the battle on the boards.

- Added four boards, two assists and two steals.
Jasmine Joyner – So.-F
- 26 points and 20 rebounds for her first career 20-20 game.
- Second-straight game with a career-high in scoring … third game with 20+ points in her career.
- Shot 10-15 from the field and 6-7 from the FT line.
- Shot 19-25 (76.0%) from the field in the first two games of the tournament.
- 20 rebounds was also a game-high for her third consecutive double-double … eighth of the year.
- Added three blocks.
Ka'Vonne Towns – Sr.-G
- 11 points on 2-7 shooting, 1-4 from 3-pt. range and 6-6 from the FT line.
- Added seven boards.
- Played all 40 minutes.
- Three assists and no turnovers.
