The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga men's tennis team ended its 2015 season with a 4-0 loss to Furman in the Southern Conference Tournament today.  The Mocs battled hard, but could not get on the board in their final match of the season.

UTC lost the doubles point when junior John Peacey and sophomore Lucas Plesky lost in a tiebreaker at No. 1.  The Mocs had a chance to grab the first point as juniors Luke Saunders and Nick Wingord were locked in a 7-6 battle at No. 3 when the doubles were decided. 

Furman took the first three singles matches to secure the win.  Sophomore Nic Wilson was winning at No. 5, but the final was decided before he could put the Mocs on the board.

UTC finishes with a 5-16 record.  The Mocs lose senior Pavels Grigorjevs and junior Gino Delavalle from their starting lineup to graduation.
