- The Mocs fell 67-44 at Mercer tonight … UTC falls to 13-6 overall and 4-1 in SoCon action … the loss snaps a 52-game SoCon win streak by UTC … Mercer improves to 14-5 overall and 4-0 SoCon, becoming the only league team without a conference loss.
 
- Loss snaps a 52-game SoCon win streak by UTC … last loss was in overtime (70-60) at Elon on Jan. 7, 2013 … Head Coach Jim Foster is 36-1 in SoCon regular season in three seasons at UTC.
 
- Mercer was 10-of-13 (76.9%) in the second quarter to pull away from the Mocs and led 34-26 at halftime.
 
- Chattanooga got as close as six points (44-38) in the third quarter on a 3-point play by Keiana Gilbert with 3:37 to play … that's the closest it would for the Mocs.
