TEAM
- Chattanooga scored a 61-46 win over Furman tonight.  The Mocs improved to 15-7 overall and 6-2 in SoCon play.  Furman dropped to 11-12 and 4-4 in league play.

- This was the 39th consecutive home SoCon win … UTC's last league loss at home was a 57-56 setback against Appalachian State on Feb. 14, 2011. 

- The Mocs only had three turnovers in the game … fewest on record … only three other teams in the country (Villanova, Northern Colorado and Northwestern) have had three or fewer in a game this season.    

- UTC trailed 11-3 with three minutes left in the first quarter.  The Mocs took control of the game by closing the half on a 25-8 run.

- Mocs had a season-high 22 3-pt. FG attempts tonight.

- Alicia Payne and Keiana Gilbert, the Mocs primary ball-handler, combined to play 74 minutes and not post a turnover. 

- The Mocs have 17 blocks in two games against Furman … nine tonight.

- Furman made a season-low two FTs and took a season-low four attempts … third time this season Mocs have allowed four or fewer FT attempts.    

INDIVIDUAL
Queen Alford – Jr.-G
- 11 points 5-11 shooting, 1-4 from behind the arc.
- Added four boards.

Keiana Gilbert – So.-G
- 14 points on 4-9 shooting, 3-4 from 3-pt. range and 3-4 from the FT line.
- Tied a season-high with a game-high five assists.
- Three 3s is a career-high.
- 7-13 (.538) from three last four games.
- Added three boards and two blocks.
- Topped 600 points for her career (609).

Jasmine Joyner – Jr.-F
- Game-highs with 19 points and 14 boards.
- Sixth double-double of the season … 14th of her career. 
- Shot 9-11 from the field and 1-2 from the FT line.
- Added five blocks.
- Played all 40 minutes … fifth game in a row … sixth of last seven … 8th time this season.
- Last three games vs. Furman – 66 points, 54 rebounds and 14 blocks. 

Alicia Payne – Sr.-G
- Five points, five boards and four assists.
- No turnovers in 40 minutes of action.
- 12th time this season playing the entire game … second time she has done it with no turnovers.

Anna Claire Noblit
- Six points in eight minutes off the bench.
- 2-3 from 3-pt. range.
- First points since UT Martin on Nov. 28.
- Also had a rebound and an assist.
