KENNESAW, Ga.---The Chattanooga Mocs women's golf team completed the Henssler Intercollegiate in 13th-place Tuesday. The Mocs total of 908 was 16 better than Georgia Southern in 14th.

The squad shot 306 over the final 18 at Pinetree Country Club.
Monica San Juan led with an even-par 72. San Juan recorded five birdies tying her season high from the first and second cards at the Palmetto Intercollegiate in October.
Cristina Perez (77),
Holly Morgan (78) and
Maria Pineiro (79) completed the team score with
Maddy McDanel's 80 serving as the drop tally.

Megan Woods played as an individual turning in 1-over 73 today. Her 223 total tied for 23rd with San Juan. Perez was two shots behind the duo at 225 tying for 32nd. Morgan shot 229 followed by McDanel (232) and Pineiro (236).

13th-ranked Kent State overcame No. 24 Purdue's six-shot advantage to start the day for the win. The Golden Flashes ended up at 876, one ahead of the Boilermakers and two clear of Texas Tech which started the round in seventh.

August Kim (Purdue) and second round co-leader Pimnipa Panthong (KSU) shared medalist honors at 3 under. Jessica Haigwood (Augusta) was third at minus 2.
