With the 217th overall pick in the NFL Draft, the Tennessee Titans selected University of Tennessee at Chattanooga senior offensive lineman
Corey Levin.
One of the top offensive lineman in the Football Championship Subdivision, Levin is a two-time winner of the Jacobs Blocking Award, given to the top offensive lineman in the SoCon. He was a four-year starter at UTC and a three-time All-American.
Levin is the first offensive lineman from UTC to be drafted since Curtis Rouse was taken in the 11th round by Minnesota in 1982.
This is the fourth UTC student-athlete selected in the draft since 2011. Other recent draft picks for the Mocs include Davis Tull to New Orleans in the fifth round (148) in 2015, B.J. Coleman in the seventh round (243) to Green Bay in 2012, and Buster Skrine to Cleveland in the fifth round (137) in 2011.
