Mocs Head into Final Round Tied for 13th in Jacksonville

Monica San Juan led the Chattanooga Mocs on day 1 of the Web.com Intercollegiate.

CHATTANOOGA---The Chattanooga Mocs women's golf team is tied for 13th at the Web.com Intercollegiate. The Mocs shot 620 over 36 holes today at Marsh Landing Country Club matching North Texas.
 
Monica San Juan leads the way. She's tied for 20th at 8-over par 152. She opened with a 74 and closed with 78. Cristina Perez is two behind her at 154 leading the squad with a second round 75.
 
Megan Woods (157), Maria Pineiro (158) and Holly Morgan (159) all shot within two strokes of each other. The Mocs 620 is one behind Campbell in 12th and seven clear of James Madison in 15th.
 
ETSU (598) leads Cincinnati (602) by four. Texas State's Sasikarn Somboonsup is the individual leader at 4-under 140.
