University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis head coach
Chad Camper announced the addition of Grace Anne Dunavant to the 2019 recruiting class today. Dunavant is a two-star prep prospect from the Hutchison School in Memphis, Tenn.
"Grace Anne is a very hard worker on and off the court," stated Camper. "She is a student of the game and her best tennis lies ahead of her. I see Grace Anne coming in and adding a lot of value to the program."
Dunavant is the No. 3 ranked prospect in Tennessee according to TennisRecruiting.net. She is No. 81 in the Southeast and in the top 400 nationally. She has a 91-10 singles mark and 83-11 doubles tally at Hutchison. She has won 22 junior USTA tournaments and was a finalist for the Memphis Commercial Appeal Player of the Year Award.
The daughter of Shannon and David Dunavant, Grace Anne ha a long resume of academic accomplishments. An honor roll student, she is a member of multiple National Honor Societies and plans to major in Biology. She joins
Jessie Young and
Callie Billman in this year's class.
