Head Coach Katie Burrows
Opening thoughts on the game:
"I don't even care that I don't have stats in front of me. I am just so thankful for that win.  We had a couple of things happen today that weren't really good starting out before the game. I got a little frustrated and I changed things up a little bit and I challenged them. They stepped up to the plate and really took care of business.

"We have a lot of things we still have to work on and still have to tighten up, but boy, that fight today and that grit.  That is what I have been missing from them.  I felt like we put four quarters together.

"That is a good team.  That is a very well-coached, very disciplined team.   For us to come out here and beat them … definitely a better effort today."

On different players stepping up.
"Everybody contributed.  I cannot say enough about … she got in foul trouble late, but Eboni.  In 15 minutes she had a double-double.  She had 11 points and 10 rebounds.  That kid can motor.  When she starts to figure out her body even a little better, she will be more effective because I will be able to leave her out there a little bit longer.  To play not even half the game and have a double-double is impressive.

"Everybody contributed. Everybody scored.  We took care of the ball a little better today. We figured out ways to find little holes in their zone.  They played that very well and we finally figured out where the holes were where we could be effective.

"On the defensive end, we stopped their key players as best we could. 22 is a tough player and she was a key focus and she killed us today, be we took care of business with everyone else."

On the play of the post players:
"We had situations where we were in foul trouble at the four position.  Abbey Cornelius, her lateral movement is that of a guard.  She can really move her feet, so I was very confident in putting her in there to guard their quickest player on the floor.  She did a great job."

"Our post players really did some solid things on both ends of the floor.  I was proud of their effort."
