The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis team dropped a 5-2 match at Furman today. The loss drops the Mocs to 7-6 overall and 2-2 in Southern Conference action. Furman stays in first place in the league race at 4-0 in SoCon matches, 13-8 overall.

Emma Van Hee posted a 7-6 (4) win over Katty Weymouth and Aryn Greene at No. 1 doubles, but the Paladins took the opening point.

Caroline Hall evened the team score at 1-1 with a win at No. 3. After the Paladins took the No. 5 match, freshman
Bogdana Zaporozhets tied the match at 2-2 with a win at No. 6.
Furman won the last three singles to close out the match.
