QUOTABLE
"Overall, we were hoping to get more out of today. It was a solid start; the change in format (to 36 holes) was something we thought played to our advantage, but it didn't pan out that way. A few too many mistakes costs us a lot of shots. Top 5 in this field was acceptable, but we wanted more." –
Coach Colette Murray
"It was another wonderful performance from Esme. We like where things are heading (as a group). There's a shot turnaround before we go again. We're looking for a strong finish to the fall in Louisville." –
Murray.
