Opening thoughts on the game:
"We just have to get some fire about us.  I don't know how personally we are taking it with these losses.  We harped on doing a better job on turnovers and we harped on doing a better job with offensive rebounds. 

"We did a much better job today with our turnovers.  We only had six at the half and six in the fourth quarter, we did not have a single one in the third quarter.  We did a better job handling it. 

"With those additional possessions by not turning it over, we didn't put the ball in the whole.  We continued to settle for three after three.

"The stat sheet says we gave up 15 offensive rebounds.  Six of those were team, which meant they went off our hands and out of bounds.  We didn't own the rebound.  How much did we really want it? 

"That improved in the second half because they had six team offensive rebounds in the first half and ended the game that way."

"We have a lot of things to clean up, but not much time with game after game.  I am look forward to that few day break with exams to really focus on us.  We will have tomorrow off and have a few days to prepare for Eastern Kentucky.  It is a battle and a grind.  We are just going to have to keep on working towards doing everything well."

Message to the team after the loss:
"My message was, while we did improve in these areas, we still went backwards in these areas.  When is it going to be all put together.  That was my message to them.  When are you going to fight to the point, when everything comes together."

On Eboni Williams' foul trouble:
"It was a very strange day for Eboni.  All of her fouls today from either her helping her teammates or diving on the floor.  That was unfortunate.  Her being out there would have made a huge difference for us on both ends of the floor."

On the frustrating losses:
"It is obviously frustrating. We've got some things to figure out.  One day we do things good and the next day we do the same things not so good.  We just have to put a whole game together." 

What is not translating from practice?
"I think just finishing the game.  We have spurts, I think we started this game out well and the let them go on a run. We just have to finish." 

On staying focused this early in the season:
"We have to stay focused and find a way each game and each loss to learn something from it then move forward and try not to make the same mistakes twice."
