Head Coach Katie Burrows
Thoughts on the game:
"They weren't pressing us the first quarter.  It doesn't matter how much we prepare for it, when people turn up the heat on us, we panic.  And we prepare for it all week with a group of practice guys.  We've been preparing for that pressure, and we got better and got better and then it came game time and we just froze.  We just froze and we continue to do the things that we talk about don't help us."

"I don't know why in the course of a live ball situation, why my guards are running backwards before they run forward to inbound the ball.  I don't recall us doing that in practice.  There are a lot of things we have to break down and show them and ask questions.  I don't know what their thought process is."

"We prepare for this and that is the most frustrating thing about it.  We got better at it this week and we were handling it in practice.  As soon as they turned up the heat, we lost our minds.  Part of that too, was that when we did get it in the half court set we stopped moving the ball like we did in the first quarter.  We were getting great looks because we were moving the ball around and were able to get paint touches and get our feet set. I just don't know why we throw all of that out the window when the pressure starts coming."

"We just have to keep drilling it and keep working on it.  We can't turn the ball over that many times and be successful at all.  There is not a chance of winning a ballgame with that many turnovers."

"I felt like we did a great job on the boards today overall.  Things that we have been working on like staying disciplined and in good position, then turning and boxing out and not giving second chance points.  We gave up 12 second-chance points, but a lot of that came later in the game."
