TEAM
- The Chattanooga Mocs scored an 80-76 win over Wofford in McKenzie Arena tonight.  UTC improved to 3-14 overall and 2-1 in SoCon play with the win.  Wofford dropped to 8-10 and 1-2 in league action.

- The Mocs led by seven (78-71) with 12 seconds left … Wofford's Da'Ja Green was fouled on a three by UTC's Abby Cornelius, made the first two FTs, got an offensive rebound and hit a Chloe Wanik hit a three to cut the lead to 78-76 … Wofford forced a five second call, and Green missed a wide open layup that would have tied the game. 

- Snapped a seven game home losing skid for the Mocs. 

- Mocs are 25-0 at home all-time against Wofford … 50-3 in the overall series. 

- 80 points is a season high …. most since 89 against Wofford on Jan. 17, 2019. 

- Mocs shot 28-47 (59.6%) from the field … season highs for makes and FG% … best shooting percentage since (31-51 – 60.8%) at Mercer (01/07/17).

- 57.1% (8-14) from three is the best shooting percentage from deep this season … best since 10-15 (667.%) against Hampton (12/28/17) … 14 attempts was a season-low for UTC.  

- Wofford was 12-27 (44.4%) from three … most allowed by the Mocs this season.

- UTC was forced into 14 turnovers … Wofford held a 19-4 advantage in points off turnovers.

- 15 assists ties for the second-highest mark this season.
