- The Mocs scored a 60-52 win over Furman in McKenzie Arena today.  UTC improved to 4-14 overall and 3-1 on SoCon action.  Furman dropped to 12-6 and 3-1 in league play. 

- Furman came into the game leading the league race.  UNCG is 13-4 and 2-0 and plays later today. 

- UTC held Furman to just 16 points in the second half … eight in each quarter.

- Furman went up 52-47 on a Le'Jzae Davidson layup with 5:44 left to play.  The Paladins did not score against as the Mocs closed on a 13-0 run.

- Each team turned the ball over 19 times.

- Mocs were 17-19 (89.5%) from the FT line … second-most made this season (18 at UT Martin) … second-best percentage (14-15 – 93.3% vs. Austin Peay 11/24/19).

- 10 steals is the fourth time with 10+ this season for the Mocs.

- Tied a season-high with five blocks for the third time … 14 blocks in the last three games.

- Furman shot 19-24 (79.2%) from the FT line … most against UTC this season.

Lakelyn Bouldin – Sr.-G
- 14 points on 3-6 shooting, 8-9 from the FT line.
- Added three boards and three assists.

NaKeia Burks – Sr.-G
- Career-high and team-high 17 points.
- Shot 6-10 from the field, 1-2 from three and 4-4 from the FT line.
- Fourth-straight game in double-figures

Bria Dial – Jr.-G
- Tied a career-high with seven boards.
- Added three steals and five points.
- Snapped a six-game double-figuring scoring streak.

Dena Jarrells – Fr.-G
- Eight points off the bench.
- 2-2 from three and 2-2 from the FT line.
- Three with 37 seconds left gave the Mocs a 56-52 lead.

Eboni Williams – So.-F
- Seven points, seven boards, seven assists, five steals.
- Shot 3-13 from the field, 1-2 from the FT line.
- Career-high for steals.
- Career-high for assists.
- Added a career-high two blocks.
- Also fouled out with seven turnovers.
