TEAM
- The Mocs scored a 76-65 win over Tennessee Tech to move to 1-2 on the year … it was the season-opener for the Golden Eagles.
- The game was originally scheduled for Nov. 29, but was postponed for COVID-19 issues.
- TTU ran out to an 8-0 lead and held a 14-3 advantage mid-way through the first quarter … Mocs used a 26-6 run of their own for the most of the rest of the first half to take a 36-27 lead into the break. 
- Mocs were 13-24 (54.2%) from the field in the first half … 3-7 (42.9%) from three. 
- Mocs are 6-18 in the all-time series with Tennessee Tech.
- UTC outscored TTU 42-28 in the paint. 
- Mocs had eight turnovers in the first quarter … only six the rest of the game. 
- UTC led by 21 (63-42) with 8:04 left to play.  

INDIVIDUAL
Bria Dial – Sr.-G
- 10 points on 3-11 shooting, 2-5 from three and 2-4 from the FT line.
- Tied for team-high with three assists.
- Added five boards.

Brooke Hampel – So.-G
- 12 points in 22 minutes off the bench.
- Shot 6-11 from the field.
- Added six boards.

Eboni Williams – Jr.-G
- Team-high 14 points on 5-9 shooting, 1-3 from three and 3-7 from the FT line.
- Season-high five boards.
- Added two assists, a block and a steal.
- 27th game in double figures … second this season.
