Head Coach Katie Burrows
Opening thoughts on the game:
"Bottom line, offensive rebounds.  We gave up offensive rebounds.  We told them that's what the key to this game is and we still didn't get it done.  I am so furious right now with that effort on the boards.  It was just a matter of not battling it out.  We took the lead and then we gave up an offensive rebound and they scored and they got right back in it.  That is the thing that just kills me.  We got outhustled and they wanted it more.  That cannot happen if you want to be a champion."

On getting back into the game:
"We weren't getting stops.  We would give up an offensive rebound and they would turnaround and make a bucket.  That is when you have to nail it home that you have to do the little things.  That is what kills me is that it is hustle plays.  The things that we can control and take care of.  Every now and then, there is going to be a long rebound and things like that are going to happen.  When you are talking about banging around and you just don't get it done, there is not anything I can do to help them in that situation.  We just have to get grittier and tougher on the boards."

Why did this show up in this game:
"When you are not shooting it well, and neither of us did, then the offensive rebounds are going to come into play.  They just cleaned it up and we did not.  We didn't crash as hard as we usually do and they did.  That is the difference.  The turnovers hurt us as well and we were not maximizing our possessions.  18 offensive rebounds, you can't give up that many."

What to do between now and the next game on Saturday:
"We are just going to have to compete in practice tomorrow.  We can't sit back and just have a walk-thru.  We have to get after it.  We have to set the tone for what we want to do on Saturday."

On the play of Kallie Searcy:
"She did some good things.  I was very proud of Kallie.  I was kind of disappointed that she didn't take that pick-and-pop 15-footer.  Normally I would tell her that is not a good shot, but you're the one that is scoring, go ahead and take it.  She has to learn when and when not to."
