TEAM
- The Chattanooga Mocs scored a 69-60 win over Southern Conference-leading Mercer in Macon, Ga., today … Mocs improved to 9-7 overall and 4-3 in SoCon action … Bears fall to 11-5 overall record, 5-2 in SoCon action.

- After no one scored in double figures on Thursday, five Mocs had 10+ points today, including Corenlius (14), senior Bria Dial and freshman Sigrun Olafsdottir with 12, and juniors Amaria Pugh and Eboni Williams with 10. 

- Second game this season with five in double-figures (Georgia Southern 12/20).

- Mocs dominated the glass 40-30 … complete turnaround from Thursday's loss when they were outrebounded 46-36.

- Mercer forced UTC into 15 turnovers, while only giving up seven of their own … Bears held a 12-4 advantage in points off turnovers. 

- UTC shot 26-48 (54.2%) from the field … second time this season over 50% from the floor (55.7% (34-61) vs. Georgia Southern on 12/20).

- Mocs dominated in the paint, outscoring the bears 42-24.

- Abbey Cornelius hit a pair of FTs with 12 seconds left in the third quarter to tie it at 44 going into the final period … Mocs opened the fourth on a 9-2 run to take control of the game … Mercer got a close as five once the rest of the way.

- 11th game in double-figures this season … 33rd career.
- Added four boards and two assists.

Sigrun Olafsdottir – Fr.-G
- 12 points on 5-6 shooting, 1-2 from three and 1-2 from the FT line.
- Third game in double-figures this season.
- Second game playing all 40 minutes.

Amaria Pugh – Jr.-G
- 10 points on 3-5 shooting, 1-2 from three and 3-6 from the FT line.
- Fourth game in double-figures … first in SoCon play. 
- Added three boards and an assist.

Eboni Williams – Jr.-F
- 10 points on 4-5 shooting, 2-2 from the FT line.
- 14th game in double-figures this season … 39th career.
- Added seven boards, one block and two steals.
