Porky's 2021

22nd Porky's Open Set for April 27

Limited spaces are available for play, so be sure to register today

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Athletics Department has announced the 22nd Porky's Open Golf Tournament presented by BlueCross Blueshield of Tennessee is set for April 27 at Council Fire Golf Club. Sadly, this year's tournament will be without its founder and namesake, Frank "Porky" Kinser as he passed away in November 2020. Frank was a loyal supporter of Chattanooga Athletics and was a driving force behind the success of Porky's Open, which has raised more than $1 million to support scholarship for Moc student-athletes.

The tournament has become a premier golf tournament in the Chattanooga community and Chattanooga Athletics is proud to carry on Frank's legacy to bring together supporters for a wonderful day of golf and fellowship. This past year, UTC created the Frank Kinser Porky's Open Endowed Scholarship to provide scholarship support in perpetuity. A portion of the proceeds from Porky's Open will be directed to this endowment.

Click the link below to register for this year's tournament and enjoy a great day supporting Chattanooga Athletics. Please be aware that spaces are limited, so be sure to secure your spot as soon as possible. If you have questions about the tournament or would like to inquire about sponsorship opportunities, please contact JJ Eftink at jude-eftink@utc.edu or (423) 425-4233.
