Dorota Zalewska sits in the top 3 after a 36-hole Monday at the Southern Conference Championships at Kiawah Island Resort.

JOHNS ISLAND, S.C.---The Chattanooga Mocs rose into a fourth-place finish at the Southern Conference Championships. They rose behind a final tally of 297 at Oak Point Golf Course at Kiawah Island Resort behind a stellar performance from sophomore Dorota Zalewska. The final total was 897.
 
Zalewska's final round 73 paced today's effort. Daphne van Son added a 74 with 75s by Esme Hamilton and Beatriz Barrios. Jefimija Dordevic's 84 was the drop score.
 
Zalewska ended tied for third with a 2-over 218. It was her second top 5 of the season joining Hamilton and Barrios with multiple top finishes this season. Her previous one was the October win at the Terrier Intercollegiate.
 
Hamilton and Barrios joined her in the top 20. Hamilton tied for 13 with 225, one ahead of Barrios who tied for 17th at 226. van Son ended with 232 while Dordevic shot 241.
 
ETSU claimed it's first SoCon title with a one-stroke win over Furman. The Paladins' Sarah-Eve Rheaume's 4-under 212 won the individual crown.
