DENVER---The Chattanooga Mocs shot 300 over their second 18 holes at the Ron Moore Invitational. That moved the ladies into 11th with a final 18 awaiting Sunday at Highlands Ranch.
 
It was another case of Dori being Dori. Senior Dorota Zalewska shot a 3-under 69 to jump into a tie for 14th at 1-under 143. It was Zalewska's sixth round in the 60s through the opening 11 cards which ties the program's season record. It's the 11th of her career which is a new career mark.
 
"Obviously Dori got it going," Coach Colette Murray began. "Bea played well too, but today just wasn't a great day for us. We are hoping to finish strong here tomorrow so we can build on it at our last fall event at Mississippi State. We are due for a low round."
 
Beatriz Barrios recorded a 1-over 73. That puts her at level par and one behind Zalewska tied for 16th. Megan Docherty had 77 with Kera Healey adding 81 to the team total. Carolina Hortian's 82 was the drop tally.
 
Vanderbilt is running away atop the leaderboard at 21 under. That's 13 clear of New Mexico in second. The Lobos' Napat Lertsadwattana retained first at 9 under with her lead at one over the Commodores Celina Sattlekau.
 
The final round is an 11 a.m., Eastern time shotgun start. Chattanooga opens on holes 10-12 playing with San Diego State and Fresno State.
