- Chattanooga beat King (DII) 62-47 Saturday at The McKenzie Arena … this was the first meeting between the two programs … UTC improves to 5-3 overall and has won three straight games … King's record remains at 1-4 as this was an exhibition for the Tornado.

- Chattanooga's largest lead was 62-41 on a layup from Abbey Cornelius with 2:28 to play in the fourth quarter.

- The Mocs opened the game on a 14-3 run bookended by layups from Addie Grace Porter.
