CLINTON, S.C. --- The Chattanooga Mocs women's tennis team scored a 5-2 road victory over Presbyterian in non-conference action on Sunday morning in Clinton, S.C.
 
Following the win, Chattanooga improves to 11-7 overall this season. PC fell to 6-12 this season after the defeat.
 
The Mocs claimed the doubles point after the duos of Nicole Abel and Emma Van Hee (6-1) and Coco Bosman and Callie Billman (6-2) each earned dominant victories. Abel and Van Hee have now won their last seven matchups as double partners.
 
In singles play, Jessie Young, Van Hee and Carolina Gibbens posted wins in the No. 2 through No. 4 slots, respectively. Van Hee cruised 6-3, 6-3 while Young (6-1, 3-6, 6-3) and Gibbens (6-7 (5-7), 7-5, 1-0 (10-6)) had to fight in extra sets to help the team's point total. Coco Bosman was responsible for the fifth point with a 6-3, 6-0 victory at No. 6.
 
Chattanooga next hosts Mercer on Monday, April 11 at the UTC Tennis Center in Southern Conference action. The match is set for a 2 p.m. ET start. Match coverage links, when available, will be located on the schedule page on GoMocs.com.
