The Marching Mocs have a new look and a larger look this Fall and the sounds will be different as well with a "color" selection of music according to Director of Bands
Randall Coleman. The band has grown to well over 100 members and 77 of those are freshman. The pair touch on the Pep Band and upcoming concert opportunities.

Ashley McKnight with the Ladies of Gold looks back to the origins and the previous dance team, "Elite", that inspired spirit on campus. In 2019, the HBCU-style dance team reformed and branded themselves the "Ladies of Gold". Ashley's role is overseeing the team, helping with choreography and ensuring the quality of the entertainment.

The Mocs Spirit Squad encompasses the cheer teams, the mascot as well as the Sugar Mocs.
Ashli Adams is beginning her 15
th season at Chattanooga. While the teams are separate, they work together to make the UTC gameday experience fun and engaging for the fans. Follow the teams on social media to see behind the scenes of Mocs sports from the field- and court-level.
