Both student-athletes are in their first seasons in the Scenic City. Cooper transferred from Colorado, while Fernandez-Tagle made her way from Spain onto the All-Freshman squad as well.

Cooper posted 73.13 thus far with two wins and three top 10s. She's just the fifth multi-winner in a season in school history. He first win came in record fashion as her 203 total at the Evie Odom Invitational bested Dorota Zalewska's 204 winning the 2023 NCAA Raleigh Regionals. She also led the Mocs to victory at the Chris Banister Invitational in the spring winning medalist honors there as well.
This is the 12th time in 17 years with multiple All-SoCon winners for the program. Fernandez-Tagle is the fifth to claim both all-conference and all-freshman awards joining Emma de Groot and Christine Wolf in 2008, Maria Salinas in 2009 and Emily McLennan in 2013.
