Women's Tennis Downs Presbyterian 5-2

CHATTANOOGA (February 16, 2025) – The Chattanooga Mocs women's tennis team notched its fourth-straight win after a tightly contested 5-2 victory over Presbyterian early Sunday morning at the Strang-Voges Tennis Center on the campus of McCallie School.

Chattanooga struck first by winning the doubles point before Presbyterian battled back in singles until Margaret Manolache posted a 6-4, 4-6, 6-3 win in the No.6 spot to clinch the match for the Mocs. Chattanooga (5-4) improves to 5-1 all-time against Presbyterian (3-8), and has not dropped a doubles point throughout its now four-match win streak, which includes the wins over Northwestern State, Eastern Kentucky, and Alabama A&M.
