CLINTON, S.C. (March 2, 2025) – The Chattanooga Mocs men's tennis team found itself back in the win column following an impressive 5-2 victory over Presbyterian during non-conference action on Sunday morning at the Templeton Tennis Courts in Clinton, S.C.
Chattanooga (7-6) has now won six of its last seven matches following today's win over Presbyterian (5-6). It marks the first road victory over PC in Clinton since the 1979 season after previously dropping the last three road contests to the Blue Hose over the years.
"We've had some super tough matches on the road this weekend. I'm very proud of the guys coming back after Friday's match at Kennesaw and getting a high-quality win over PC," said head coach
Chuck Merzbacher following the match.
"We haven't won here [at PC] since I've been here at Chattanooga, it's a very tough place to play and is a testament to the guy's efforts today."
