Seeds Announced for Southern Scuffle

Cooper Flynn from the Chattanooga Mocs is in a stacked field at 125 in the Southern Scuffle as the seeds for each class are announced.

Overview
The Southern Scuffle presented by Compound Sportswear is here. The annual extravaganza in the Roundhouse gets going tomorrow with hundreds of collegiate wrestlers vying for the crown and early bragging rights towards the national tournament in March. Forty Scuffle winners have gone on to claim national titles that same year.
 
The seeds for the 28-team field are out. Twenty-one different programs have at least one seed led by Penn with seven.

Scuffle Schedule
Opening day on Saturday sees the field work through the quarterfinals in all 10 weight classes as well as the first consolation round of eight. Sunday includes semifinal action and the paring down of the field to the medal matches which start at 3 p.m.
