Overview
The Chattanooga Mocs are excited to announce the addition of Influxer to its Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) vault. Influxer impacts all student-athletes and spirit groups in the Mocs family with an innovative platform that empowers them to create, promote and profit from personalized merchandise.
 
Breakdown

• Influxer specializes in customized apparel and merchandise, enabling student-athletes to launch their own branded storefronts with ease. The platform handles production, sales and fulfillment, allowing student-athletes to focus on promotion.
• Chattanooga student-athletes opt in to the program. Influxer develops a storefront with the individual that is open to their community as well as fans and alumni.
• All designs are approved by the university and are available in every student-athlete's own store in the same sport. The merchandise list includes hats, shirts, sweatshirts, jerseys, tumblers and more, with new designs and products being rolled out throughout the year.
• This agreement reflects Chattanooga's continued commitment to innovation in the evolving collegiate athletics landscape and reinforces its focus on student-athlete development both on and off the field.
• Fans get the opportunity to directly support their favorite Mocs by purchasing officially licensed, athlete-driven merchandise. This initiative enhances the connection between student-athletes and the Chattanooga community while generating new revenue streams for participants.
• In addition to creating a personal store space for each student-athlete, Influxer is also committed to providing student-athletes with the education required to succeed in this new environment. Influxer staff are available for free one-on-one coaching on a variety of topics from social media marketing to taxes to reading contracts. The company also offers paid internships to student-athletes on most of their partner campuses to assist in marketing, graphic design, business and other facets of the company.
• The Mocs join a network of more than 600 schools currently licensed with Influxer.

About the Parties
The Chattanooga Mocs are a premier mid-major NCAA Division I athletics program competing in the Southern Conference. The Mocs sponsor 17 sports and are committed to excellence in competition, in the classroom and in the community.
 
Influxer was founded in Dallas, Texas in 2022 with the goal of connecting student-athletes to the resources they needed to thrive in the NIL market. The company works with more than 70,000 student-athletes across greater than 600 universities around the country, offering student-athletes the chance to sell personalized merchandise with their school's officially licensed branding.
