- The Chattanooga Mocs dropped a 72-67 decision to the Samford Bulldogs in the Southern Conference Championship Game Sunday afternoon in the Harrah's Cherokee Center…the Mocs are now 20-10, while the Bulldogs move to 16-18.
- 20-2 all-time in the SoCon Championship game…the Bulldogs are 4-1.
- 69-23 (.750) all-time in the event…Furman is second in wins with 33 (33-41).

- The Mocs led 14-3 through the first 3:10 of the game…Samford out-scored them 32-13 over the next 16:50 for a 35-28 halftime advantage.

-UTC knocked down 10 threes, totaling 31 for three games which tied the SoCon Tournament record for a Tournament from the 2010 UTC team.
