Mocs Announce New Hires for 2026

The Chattanooga Mocs announce recent hires in the athletics department.

Overview
As the Chattanooga Mocs fly headlong into the summer months, it's time to look back upon new additions and promotions within the department. Several new professionals and coaches enter "the chatt" with exciting potential to make big impacts on the department

Scarlett Parker promoted to assistant athletics director.
 
Athletics Performance
Mackenzie Allen added as sports dietician. Allen came from Minnesota.
 
Equipment & Facilities
Sean Costin joined as assistant equipment manager. He was last with Kennesaw State.
 
Marketing & Promotions
Ryan Dilts hired as assistant athletics director. He entered from Lehigh.
 
Riby Stephens added as assistant director. She was last at Auburn (Montgomery).
 
Mocs Sports Properties
Austin Thayer joined the team as manager of business development. He was previously the director of business development with the Texas Legends, the G League affiliate of the Dallas Mavericks.
 
Alling Family Student-Athlete Academic Center
Natassja Hatcher came on board as assistant director. She came to Chattanooga from Georgia.
 
Football
Katie Allen was added as director of football operations. Katie was last at East Texas A&M.
 
Peter Renkoski is the new quality control coach on the defensive side of the ball. He came from Samford.
