2007-08: Indoor - Ran last leg of fourth place 4x400 relay team at SoCon Championships... Finished 8th in the mile run at SoCon Championships... Personal records in mile run, 4:19.75, 800 meter, 1:57.40, and 3,000 meter, 9:02.53. Outdoor - Named All-Conference... Finished fifth in 1,500 meter at SoCon Championships... Personal records in 1,500 meter, 4:00.87, and 3,000 meter steeplechase, 9:47.43.

Bradley Central High School: Cross country regional champion in 2005 and 2006... Named cross country all-state in 2006... Took fifth place in 800-meters at state championships in 2007... AAU National Steeplechase 2000-meter champion in 2006, earning him AAU All-America honors... Member of 2004 AAA Track Region 3A championship winning team.
