TEAM
- Final round 286 (-2) was second only to champion Missouri’s 279…first team par or better round (5 total) of last season came on the fourth 18.
- 39 birdies including 18 over the final 18…double digits all three rounds…turned that trick in five of 12 tournaments last year with a high of 47 at the Furman Intercollegiate.
- Went into the final holes at +3 but played them at -5 to shoot today’s 286.
- 14 others (scores higher than bogey) among the counters is one more than last year’s season high of 13 at the Wolfpack Spring Invite.
- -17 on the counting cards on the par 5s.
 
INDVIDUAL
- Brooks Thomas’ 69 is his second career card in the 60s…matches his career low 69 opening 2015 Janney VCU Shootout…14th par or better round.
- Andrew Weathers posted his fourth top 10…1-under 215 included all three rounds at par or better (72-72-71)…two off career-best 54-hole mark of 213 (2016 Mobile Sports Authority Intercollegiate)…team-best -1 on par 4s.
- Wes Gosselin tied with Etienne Brault for team on par 3s at level par.
- Phillip Hickam had a tourney-best 8 under total on the par 5s…-3 over both rounds Saturday and -2 today.
- Lake Johnson led the squad with 35 pars.
